The purpose built guests wing to the rear of the house overlooks a quiet mature garden and has its own private entrance to give you peace and privacy.

All the rooms have a contemporary Scottish flavour to them, we have twins, doubles. family and disabled rooms all with en-suite baths and showers, T.V., tea and coffee making facilities, small fridge and a welcome pack.

Wireless internet connections for the business user and a hot tub to relax in are available as an optional extra.

The breakfast room

Cereals, fresh fruit, fruit juice and tea or coffee is served every morning in the conservatory. A full Scottish breakfast or vegetarian option is available on request.

Early breakfasts can be arranged to suit your needs.
